We send each user a unique PIN code. When you enter your PIN during the sign-up process, you are agreeing to become a subscriber (see our Subscription Agreement).

Carrier charges apply (for WAP, GPRS, SMS and MMS Picture Messaging services), and Internet-enabled handsets are required.

What are the limitations on the music I download?

With a dada.net subscription, you have unlimited access to our catalog of full track, high quality, Mp3s. Our MP3s are transferable to ANY MP3 player, regardless of its brand and can be side-loaded on any MP3 cellular phone for your personal enjoyment. (For more information, read our Terms of Use.)

How do I pay for this service? Do I need a credit card?

For your convenience, in lieu of a credit card, you pay directly from your phone. Your wireless phone bill will reflect the charges for the content you downloaded, so credit cards are not required. Your subscription will renew each month until you cancel it.

How safe are the files? I'm concerned about viruses and spy-ware.

Our MP3 files are virus-free which makes our service a safe and secure alternative to file sharing, or peer-to-peer applications. Another advantage is that all of our MP3s are 256 kbps which equals clear, quality MP3 files.

Does the content that I download expire?

No, the products that you download on Dada.net do not expire. Even after you stop your subscription, any content you downloaded remains yours to keep forever. However, it’s always a good idea to frequently back up your data in the event your computer breaks down, or you lose your phone.

I didn't like the track I downloaded, can I "return" it?

All of our MP3 and Ringtone selections contain previews of the song. You are free to preview the track before you download it to see if it’s what you’re looking for.

If there is a problem with the track you downloaded, please contact us. Please include the 10-digit mobile number linked to your subscription, a description of the problem, and the web link to the content you downloaded.
